We are delighted to announce that our stores are re-opening Tuesdays – Saturdays, 10am – 4.30pm from 16th June 2020, in accordance with government guidelines. We are very happy to welcome you back to our stores, and will do our best to make your experience pleasurable and relaxed.
The safety and comfort of our staff and customers is our priority and to achieve this we have put several measures in place. Social distancing will be maintained except at the consultation desks where we have installed protective screens.
We are supporting all our staff to maintain self-isolation if required and are actively monitoring any symptoms of Covid-19. We also ask if any customers are feeling unwell or are displaying Covid-19 symptoms to not enter the store. We will be happy to rearrange any appointments should it be necessary.
We have implemented a robust and thorough cleaning and sterilising policy throughout the store. We have a hand sanitising station positioned inside the shop for use by our customers. We ask all to use on entering the store.
We have installed protective screens to the areas from which customers will be assisted.
We are restricted to the number of customers we can accommodate. You may be asked to wait or return in order to be assisted.
SHEFFIELD STORE ONLY: We are operating an appointment only service for Rolex (both sales and repairs). Please phone 0114 272 4388 and ask to speak to Nicola Renwick or email email@example.com to book an appointment. Appointments are required also for repairs, both drop off and collection.
