How do I care for my Herbelin watch?
Herbelin advise to have your watch checked every 2-3 years, by a professional. Avoid sudden changes in temperature, violent shocks and chemical products that may cause discolouration. Check the user manual specific to your watch model for more detailed guides for caring for your watch.
What is the warranty offered?
Herbelin provides a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on quartz watches and a 3-year warranty on mechanical and automatic watches. The warranty covers any defects or hidden faults under normal use, including parts and labour. The warranty is only valid with a completed warranty card.
From the 1st November 2024, through to 31st December 2024, Herbelin is offering a 5-year warranty on all watches purchased during this time.
